Last week was the school holidays. Mei Ling felt bored after finishing her homework. Her father saw it and decided to bring her and her family to the zoo. Therefore, Mei Ling could have a look at the new Malayan tiger in the zoo. They went there by car. The journey took about an hour.
After reaching their destination, her father bought the tickets and went into the zoo. They walked to the tiger’s enclosure. Mei Ling saw the cub of the tiger which was kept in the enclosure. The cub was cute and playful. She was as happy as a lark.
Then the zookeeper went inside the enclosure. He went inside slowly and quietly. After that, he threw a large amount of raw meat to the cub. The cub quickly jumped and caught it. They were fascinated with the cub’s action.
At five o’clock in the evening, Mei Ling and her family went back home. It was a memorable day for them.
