My Pet - Adeline Soh Ai Lin (6M/2014)

Most people like to keep pets such as dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits and fish. I have a pet dog named Winkle. My father gave it to me on my eleventh birthday. 

Winkle’s fur is white and it has black spots on its body. It has a pair of big eyes and a long tail.

A Horrible Dream - Tan Wei Shawn (6M/2011)

Ahmad is my best friend. He is a very good bicycle rider although he is not good in his study.

One sunny day, I went cycling with Ahmad. We rode our bicycles in a park behind my house. When we were cycling happily, we heard someone screaming loudly for help. We quickly headed towards that direction. When we reached the scene, we saw a man snatching a woman’s handbag. He was a 6-foot tall man. He had long hair and wore a pair of sunglasses. Suddenly the thief pointed a knife at the woman’s neck. Without any hesitation, Ahmad and I quickly ran towards the thief, trying to help the woman. The thief immediately turned around and attacked us.

My body was shivering and my legs could not move at all. I was so scared and cried out for help. Suddenly, I heard my parents’ voice. When I woke up, I saw my parents beside me. It was only a bad dream.

My Best Friend - Tiew Kao Cheh (5M/2011)

I have a best friend. His name is Yeo Rong Han. He is eleven years old. He studies at S. J. K. ( C ) Pui Ying. Rong Han is in year 5. He lives with his family in Klang Utama.

He has six family members. They are his father, mother, younger brother, sister and him. His father works as a doctor and his mother works as a teacher at S. J. K. ( C ) Pin Hwa . His sister and his younger brother study in the same school with him. They are a happy family.

His hobby is playing basketball. Every evening, he plays basketball happily with his friends at a nearby basketball court. After playing for an hour, they will go back to their home. Rong Han also likes collecting stamps. He keeps all types of Malaysia and China stamps in his stamp album.

His ambition is to become an engineer when he grows up. So, he studies hard to realize his ambition.

I wish that we can be best of friends forever.
